About Mitch Todd

I am the pastor at University United Methodist Church in Topeka, KS, just across the street from Washburn University. Our church is reaching out to students through a class called "Strength" that I teach on Sunday mornings, and a weekly worship service called ROOTS that happens on Wednesday nights, in conjunction with Campus Ministry at Washburn University.

In addition I am the President of United Methodist Campus Ministry in Kansas, an area-wide board that helps to develop campus ministry programs at 7 University sites in Kansas, and is also in connection with 3 United Methodist Campus Ministries.

Previously, I was the campus minister at KSU.

I have a passion for working with young adults, and believe that if "set free" within our existing institutions, young adults can transform our congregations from the inside out.

Interesting Fact: I write music: 2 CD’s created with wife Jan, also United Methodist Clergy.
