12 Youth Conferences in Nepal in 2007 ( Himalayan Bible Training Center - Kathmandu , Nepal ) $5,000
Funding will support 12 youth seminars to be held in 12 districts of Nepal . The program will train the youth leaders from each church in each district who will then lead seminars in their respective districts.

ASP Home Repair Ministries (Appalachia Service Project - Appalachian Region , USA ) $5,000
The program will mobilize youth volunteers and their accompanying adults to provide free home repairs to low- and very-low income families in Central Appalachia , making their homes warmer, safer, and drier.

Catching the Youth to Jesus Christ (Presbyterian Church - Accra-North , Ghana ) $5,900
The project hopes to economically empower youth through skills training. It will also provide tools to help them evaluate, understand, articulate and share their experiences of faith with others.

Construction of Vocational Training Center (Mapinbe - Central Region , Ghana ) $5,000
The principal mission of the organization is to transform lives through creative skills, economic reconciliation, and the gospel. The project aims to encourage frustrated youth and help them with self esteem.

Extreme Worshippers ( St John 's United Methodist Church - Lexington , Massachusetts , USA ) $5,000
The project hopes to create a multi-ethnic worship environment that will embrace youth from all backgrounds, nurture fellowship through activities and sharing of food, and mentor youth to become the next generation's leaders.

G.A.P. Ministries ( Hamilton United Methodist Church - Neptune , New Jersey , USA ) $3,600
The goal of the project is to build a multi-generational, multi-ethnic team of Christians that can give the young people of the Millennial Generation the relationships and settings where they can encounter God in new ways.

Growing Up Hip-Hop, Living by Faith ( Harlem Metro Youth Center - New York , New York , USA ) $10,000
The program empowers youth to embrace their hip-hop identity, develop their faith in Christ, and transform the Village of Harlem from a den of poverty and despair to a haven of hope and love.

Immanuel Deaf Youth Outreach ( Nairobi , Kenya ) $8,000
The project is aimed at increasing the number of deaf faith believers and ensures that the gospel is widely spread to the Kenyan deaf community.

impact Richmond (St Marks United Methodist Church - Midlothian , Virginia , USA ) $7,500
The project fuels Christ's presence in the community by providing a service of home repair. It will also provide a place where youth can experience meaningful discipleship by being the hands of Christ.

Jyotirmai - "Full of Light" (Wake Up Call - Lucknow , India ) $3,000
The project is designed to help young people live in their journey of hope by supplying part time job opportunities to students. The program aims to launch a small-scale candle making business.

Perkins Youth School of Theology (Southern Methodist University - Dallas , Texas , USA ) $5,000
The program will provide a sacred space for young people to evaluate, understand, and articulate their faith and share their experiences of faith with others.

Powerhouse After School Program (Miller Inner City United Methodist - Savannah , Georgia , USA ) $3,500
Powerhouse After School Program will feed both body and soul. They will help change negative attitudes into productive energy, a dread of education into inspiration, and racial tension into a peaceful co-existence.

Sheehan Preparatory School ( Kampala , Uganda ) $6,000

Vocational training will be offered in the areas of carpentry, tailoring, cooking and agriculture. A full vocational department shall be established to provide skills to vulnerable youth for future employment.

St Columba Computer Center ( St Paul Society - Islamabad , Pakistan ) $7,500
Computer courses will be offered which will help Christian youth find jobs in the computer field. In addition, technical skills training will be taught.

The Freshman Initiative (Duke Wesley Fellowship - Durham , North Carolina , USA ) $5,000
The funds will capitalize on the work that was emphasized in 2006 through the Freshman Small Group, Break Team Trips, and increased publicity. The first annual Freshman Retreat is anticipated for the fall semester.

Youth 2007:SPLAT! at Greensboro , NC (GBOD Youth 2007 Event Office - Nashville , Tennessee , USA ) $15,000
The project seeks to create and educate disciples of Jesus Christ by engaging participants over the course of a five-day event. Funds will be used to provide scholarships for participants requesting financial assistance.

Youth Alive Service Program (Lennox Tongan United Methodist Church - Inglewood , California , USA ) $4,000
An English-speaking worship service will be provided the last Sunday of each month for the younger generation of this Tongan community. Entertainment and different activities will be offered. Testimonies from the young people will be shared.

Youth-at-Risk Community Center (Community Centre - Nairobi , Kenya ) $5,000
Funds will be used to purchase Bibles and discipleship materials, train 25 youth on community mobilization and how to start a small-scale business, and support True Love Waits clubs in local schools.

Biogas Cooking & Rainwater Harvesting Systems – Hill Preparatory School, Kampala-Lugogo, Uganda - $3,500
To increase cheaper fuel and safe water as basic necessities for the school community while being environmentally friendly

Conference United Methodist Youth Internet Café – Conference UM Youth Fellowship, Monrovia, Liberia - $5,000
An important place for income generation which will facilitate effective, innovative and consistent ministries for youth
