Acts of Compassion
- Establish or renew lines ofcommunication with family members or friends.
- Do something with/for the poor and/or homeless once a week.
Acts of Justice
- Express disapproval of racial, social, and sexual prejudice among my relatives and friends.
- Read editorial or special reports on a social justice issues weekly.
- Pray for elected officials.
Acts of Devotion
- Spend some time with God daily.
- Read the lectionary each week.
Acts of Worship
- Worship once a month without taking a leadership role at the service.
- Partake of the sacrament of Communion twice a month.
Personal Acts
Each individual will ask the group to help hold him or her accountable
for something that he or she is working on personally.
Communal Acts
Things that we may occasionally feel called to do as a community lead by the Spirit (for example, a group fast).
