Guidelines for Leading Your Congregation

Effective ministries are created by people like you - called to create a dynamic connection between vision and action.  The Guidelines are the handbooks that help you create this connection.

The Guidelines help you discover the vision and mission of your congregation; organize your work; inspire and nurture your team; network with other ministries, and take action that connect vision to reality. Most Guidelines begin with a simple job description and progress through "how to" sections of helpful, practical ideas, tips and models to help you channel information and focus to your team and the congregation.

There are 26 Guideline in all - one for each program area. You may purchase the entire set or individual titles just for your area. The Guidelines are distributed through Cokesbury.com either in print versions or downloadable pdfs.
